During my sophomore spring at Davidson, I took ART 111: Introduction to Digital Art. Below is the culmination of that class. My work for the entire class can be found at art111.johncrawford.us.
In the spring of my senior year, I took the sequel to that course, ART 211: Advanced Digital Art. My work for that class can be found at art211.johncrawford.us. My final project, a "sequel" of sorts of my final project from ART 111, is also below.
I was the student lead for computer vision as part of my high school's robotics team. After completing that project, I was left with little to do, so I teamed up with the local television station, Ann Arbor Community Television Network (CTN). CTN let me borrow professional camera equipment, and the FIRST organization gave me a press pass. I filmed the 2016 competition in Holland, MI, and produced the following promotional video for my team, FRC 1076.
During the summer of 2016, I took two different road trips through Michigan with my friends. Most of them stayed in Michigan for college but I was moving to North Carolina, so I used these trips to say goodbye. The next two videos were my graduation presents to them.
